Many changes can soon be made in the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) 2025 examinations for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses. An expert panel is currently discussing the changes. UGC Chairman Jagdish Kumar himself has given this information.
The UGC Chairman also informed that the Commission will soon issue a new draft for conducting CUET UG and CUET PG 2025 in which feedback and suggestions will be taken from students, parents, teachers and institutions. After these suggestions the final blueprint will be prepared.

The University Grants Commission (UGC) has constituted an expert committee to know and understand how successful and effective the CUET examinations are proving to be at the college (UG) and university (PG) level.
What did the UGC Chairman say?
According to UGC Chairman Jagdish Kumar, based on the feedback received from previous years, a positive environment should be provided to the students appearing for the CUET exam, hence improvements should be made continuously. This committee has been formed with the intention of positive reform. The committee has paid attention to many parts and aspects of the examination. Such as what should be the structure of the examination, what improvements can be made in it, how many papers should be there, what should be the duration of the test papers, how should the exam centers of the students be set etc.
The exam was held in hybrid mode
In the year 2024, this examination was conducted for the first time in hybrid mode, however, the examination was canceled a few hours before it was to be held in Delhi and many of the students who had come to take the examination faced problems when they reached the examination center. Had appeared. Therefore, logistics was also discussed in the meeting.
What is the event organized for?
Actually, after passing the 12th board exam, if you want to take admission in the top universities of the country for graduation, then admission is done through CUET (Common University Entrance Test). This is a national level entrance examination which is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
After giving CUET exam UG, CUET PG is also organized for taking admission in PG. Due to which the way of taking admission in courses of big universities across the country becomes easier. By 2024, it had become easier to get admission in more than 200 universities of the country by giving a CUET exam, while by 2025 the list of universities may increase further, that is, the options for taking admission may also increase.
